Phillip Cocking

Phil Cocking has over 30 years of experience in the Australian manufacture and supply of insulation products. He has been instrumental in the development and success of a number of Australian products that are now recognized global insulation brands. Phil is committed to the Australian and New Zealand insulation industry and the significant role it has to play in improving energy efficiency, comfort & durability and in providing local employment.

Jim Hall

Jim Hall has been a Director of Pacific Urethanes since 2008 and has over 50 years of experience in the chemical and plastics industry. He served at the general management level for 15 years with BASF including responsibility for the polyurethanes business. He was appointed a director of BASF Australia in 1991. In 2003, he became a shareholder and director of Marplex, an engineering polymers company. He is currently the Chair of the Affiliated Insulation Industry Coalition. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors (AICD) and the Australian Marketing Institute (AMI). He is also a member of the Melbourne University Business School Alumni.

 Felicia Richardson

Felicia is the CEO of Enviroflex, one of the recognised leading insulation installation workforces in Australia specialising in thermal and acoustic insulation for new builds and retrofits, both residential and commercial. She is a passionate advocate regarding the quality of the insulation installation to deliver optimal outcomes in energy efficiency, client comfort and health, with both thermal and acoustic applications.

Jonathan Wormwell

Jonathan Wormwell  is the General Manager for Kingspan Insulated Panels in  Australia. Kingspan Insulated panels is part of the Kingspan Group, a global leader in high-performance insulation with operations in Europe, Asia, the Middle East and America. Jonathan has over 25 years experience in building and construction materials in Australia and Asia. Kimgspan Panels are manufactured in Australia and provide a complete high-performance, low-energy building envelope.
